This amazing herbal compress is filled with organic herbs used to comfort and sooth “down there” during pregnancy and postpartum. Description
How to use:
Put the herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover it with boiling water. Let sit for about 5 minutes, and let cool. Gently drain the extra liquid from the pad. You want the pad to be moist but not soaking. Try to be gentle and don’t squeeze it! The herbal pads are fragile and can burst. Have it cool down in the fridge and then gently apply moist pad directly to perineum.
Also, postpartum padsicles are totally a thing, and they’re great! Save the remaining liquid and pour it onto our Disposable Underwear and freeze it for a perineal ice pack.
