Shipping Policy
Archway Boutique is a small but mighty business. Each order is processed and hand-packed by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your package.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Your package arrival date will depend on the current operating time for USPS.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California, via USPS. We currently ship only to the continental U.S.
We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once it is placed. We do allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any inquiries about your package delivery.
Returns + Exchanges
At Archway Boutique, our focus is on the well-being of new mothers and babies. We take pride in providing each family with the best products and customer service possible. Should an item not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
FOR RETURNS. The item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached. To process a return, please fill out our returns form here.
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a refund for the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Archway Boutique to refund your credit card upon receiving the returned items. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. Sale items do not qualify for a return.
FOR EXCHANGES. The products must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached. Please email hello@archwayboutique.com with your order information to request an exchange.
Gift Returns + Exchanges
If you receive an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, you can do so within 30 days of the shipping date. Store credit is issued for returned items. Please email hello@archwayboutique.com to process your gift return or exchange.
Once we receive your original item(s), we will process your exchange. Please allow us 2 weeks to process your exchange.
Be sure to include the Return + Exchange Form in the package you send back to us. Please mail your return package to:

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Archway Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.
